 Coal India Limited (CIL) ne Industrial Trainee (CA/CMA) ki 125 posts ke liye recruitment nikali hai. Agar aapne CA ya CMA ka Intermediate exam pass kar liya hai, toh yeh aapke liye ek behtareen internship/training ka mauka hai.

Eligibility Criteria (Kaun apply kar sakta hai?)

  • Education:

  • Registration: Aapka naam ICAI ya ICMAI mein register hona chahiye.

  • Important Note: Agar aapne pehle kisi bhi PSU mein 1 saal ya usse zyada training ki hai, toh aap eligible nahi hain.

Salary aur Training Period

  • Monthly Stipend: ₹22,000 per month.

  • Training Duration: Yeh training sirf 15 months ke liye hai.

  • Note: Training khatam hone ke baad aap Coal India mein permanent naukri ka claim nahi kar sakte.

Age Limit (Age kitni honi chahiye?)

  • General / EWS: Max 28 years.

  • OBC (NCL): Max 31 years.

  • SC / ST: Max 33 years.

  • PwD: Category ke hisaab se 10 se 15 saal ki relaxation milega.

Selection Process (Selection kaise hoga?)

  1. Merit Based: Selection aapke CA/CMA Intermediate (dono groups) ke percentage marks par depend karega. Koi exam nahi hoga.

  2. Preference: Land owners (jinki zameen coal project mein gayi ho) aur Coal India employees ke bachon ko preference di jayegi.

  3. Company Choice: Aapko 9 subsidiary companies (jaise ECL, BCCL, MCL, SECL etc.) ki preference order deni hogi.

  4. Tie-Breaker: Agar do logo ke marks same hain, toh badi umar wale ko pehle rakha jayega. Agar dob bhi same hai, toh 10th ke marks dekhe jayenge.
